FAQ's

Q: If I can't eat all of the fresh sweet corn purchased, what's the best way to store it?
A: Seiberling Farm's sweet corn should be eaten as soon as possible. However, if that's not possible, at least refrigerate it. The cooler temperature will slow the breakdown of the sugars.
Q: Is there any difference in taste between bi-color, yellow, and white sweet corn?
A: Actually, very little if any. All varieties grown at Seiberling Farm are sugar enhanced and taste oh so sweet!
Q: What's the best way to prepare sweet corn?
A: Although some microwave or grill sweet corn, we recommend boiling it. Just remember.....don't over cook it! It only takes 4 - 5 minutes in boiling water to be ready.
Q: What are Seiberling Farm's hours of operation?
A: We promise to have the sweet corn and vegetables picked by 9:00 a.m. each and every day. We close at 6:00 p.m. and offer self-service after that.
Q: Who can I contact if I have a problem or would like to see something not currently offered?
A: Just click on the "Contact Us" link and send us an email. We'd love to hear from you!
